Problem Frame: Students Well-Being

Open letter to the students of UA

Around the beautiful University of Arizona campus, you see students in many different moods/conditions. Many look tired, stressed, sick, angry, hungry, irritated etc. Many believe the conditions for students like this are acceptable and are the "norm" for college kids. When the mood/condition is bad, it affects the overall health and performance in the classrooms. However the status of students is completely unacceptable and not good. In order to succeed and do well in college, students must take care of themselves and look out for their overall health/well-being. By implementing healthy exercise, nutrition, sleep, and taking breaks, you will not be in such a bad condition which will lead to overall boost in well-being and performance in the classrooms.
